Good bilingual Notar recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good bilingual notar in the area for my house closing?

The realtor plans to set this up but I want to make sure we use a bilingual one because it's my understanding their is no translation fee if it's done this way. If that's not true please also let me know.

The purchase contact needs to be translated before the contract is signed. The contract is written and read outloud in both languanges.
