KD Internet set up help

Hi all,

Looking for some help to set up my Internet. I received my wireless modem
And the letter which is all in German. I plugged in my modem an my phones and
That's as far as I can get, there was no set up CD in the box and I called KD with and did get an English speaking operator but he couldn't help me, he said I would get a call back within 24 hours, that was Friday and it is now Sunday?

Has anyone got KD Internet and phone and have set it up. I need help!

Go to the Comm Shop and have them call for you. KD did the same to me too and I needed a technician to come out

I'm thinking that I could figure it out. I have a tablet computer, so I could translate words, as needed.

As long as you have the correct username and password for your Internet, I should be able to figure out the rest.

If you want me to give it a shot, let me know. I can do it tomorrow during the morning. I take my kids to school at Vogelweh at around 8, and am free after that.

Thanks all, I think we may have accidentally figured it out. I believe we have not gone live yet but we did manage to log on to the server site using the password that was on the bottom of the modem and all out devices are showing up connected to the modem, all we need now is the Internet to be connected to the modem. Thanks for the replys!
