French L'Economat

I noticed in a previous forum there was a French commissary located in Kaiserslautern, is it still there? If so, how do you get there?

Never heard of it. But...back in the day, there was a French Kaserne in K-Town. Near Moebel Martin. The Bldgs are still standing....Looks as though they are Apartments houses. Perhaps that is what folks were talking about.
