On Sept. 17, between 2 and 6 p.m., the right wing party Nationaldemokratische Partei Deutschland (NPD) is demonstrating at the main train station area in Trier. Approximately 800 left wing demonstrators will be present and attempt to hinder the right wing demonstration.
Demonstrators will march to the Porta Nigra and then back to the main train station. A medium level of violence is expected.
Avoid the area, remain aware; and always travel with a Wingman.
