im coming soon!!

have all the usual ???? about the move and they will get answered im sure.
MOST importantly is I am an avid seamstress/crafter. Is there stores like Joanns, Hancocks, Hobby Lobby there??? or where am i going to have to get my craft supplies???? Im bringing a stockpile to keep me occupied for awhile but will need more!! i know this seems trivial but this is important to me.

got some great info on getting my pets ready. Any one fly their pet babies in cabin??? thats what we are doing. just curious. 1 pomeranian and 1 boston terrier.

There are craft stores in Downtown Kaiserslautern. I cannot tell you much more than that as I have never gone in. I do know they are there, though.

A lot of people here rely on mail order. Mainly because you can get what you want, and it is less expensive due to the Euro costing so much money. As of this writing, €1 will cost you $1.4665. It gets pretty pricey to buy here.

There is a craft store on base at Ramstein, by the wood hobby shop and gym.

The craft store has some stuff, but no fabric or sewing products. The bx, usually has quilt batting stuff, again no fabric. You'll find yourself ordering most of it online! Also, keep in mind, if you plan on running some kind of business, you will have lots of loops to go through, and aren't able to run it if you choose to live on base!

I think the Arts and Crafts center has some things.

There is also a massive craft fair that goes on that sells fabric and stuff. when it comes around, I'll post the information.
