Soups and Stews Galore!
A steaming bowl of hearty soup or stew can warm you to your toes in the winter. In this activity we'll discuss what makes soup and stews healthy and tasty, explore conventional and unexpected ingredients and how they "work". We'll make nutritious and fabulous soups and stews for you to taste!
