This is my favorite Italian restaurant. During the warmer months the outdoor seating is great, and during the colder months the indoor ambiance is very nice.

The food always impresses me, and the prices are not crazy.

I love the gnocchi. Good gnocchi is hard to find. Some are too soft, some too firm. Gnocchi is difficult to make just right. They're always good here. What I miss is a good pink vodka sauce. Maybe I will ask for it the next time I eat there. I don't see it on the menu, but it is not difficult to make.

All of the sauces are excellent. The soups are fantastic, and the salads are delicious as well.

The pizzas are also delicious. There is a very good variety of toppings, and the flavor is excellent.

My kids, who are very picky eaters, also love the place.

You really cannot go wrong eating here.

My family took me for dinner tonight. It has been just over a month since I have been back to the restaurant, and I wanted to go back.

I am not sure what the deal was, but the service was terrible. At one point, I had to stand up and wave my arms in the air to get the attention of someone. I am not paranoid, but I seriously felt as if we were being purposely ignored.

Then, another couple came in, and I heard the owner telling them something about "The Americans."

My food was good, but it was like pulling teeth to get any service. We actually waited over 15 minutes before getting up to get our own menus from the stack on the table. I was seriously ready to leave, but my wife was being extra patient because she knew I wanted to eat there.

It got to the point that I was ready to leave.

I was very turned off by the "Americans" comment.

My new favorite Italian restaurant is Trattoria Im Salvatore (http://www.everythingkmc.com/showthread.php?t=13361). Better food. Better service. Better prices.

My husband and I loved this restaurant, too! The food was so fresh! We ate on the terrace and you could smell the flowers on the bush next door.

I got the spinach ravioli and my hubby got a pasta w/ ham in it. Both were very good. Oh, and the salmon/melon salad was great, too!

Someone else mentioned the service, I think that is just the way it is at the restaurants here. They don't get in a hurry. Dinner can take quite awhile.
