PYEONGTAEK, South Korea — Former AAFES official H. Lee Holloway has made a plea bargain with federal prosecutors in which he admits to taking bribes to help an Internet firm keep its lucrative business on U.S. military communities in South Korea, according to documents filed in a Dallas federal court.

For some reason, I am not finding this to be shocking news. As a consumer who deals with AAFES, it is somewhat apparent that there is plenty of this kind of thing happening within AAFES. I have no examples off hand, other than my opinion. That and $5 will get you a cup of coffee and a doughnut.
